Catching Fire ♠
And so... I'm finally back after like a million years (well, technically less than a year oops). Being such a .. how should i phrase this? thrifty? not really.. more like not-willing-to-spend-money-on-expensive-shits person, I can't
freaking believe I actually watched 3 movies this month already.
or was it two? hmm.. nope.
Firstly it was Thor: The Dark World, which I basically had no idea what the heck was going on while I was watching it cause well.. I didn't watch Avengers nor did I watch the first Thor movie (ohwell). BUT, hey the movie was pretty not bad I would say, and I simply adored Loki. He was so damn cute at the part where he was walking next to Thor, changing his appearance or what so ever. oh yeah! the cute brotherly relationship between Thor and Loki near the end was just.. TOO MUCH FEELS hahaha!
The second movie I watched was um.. Escape Plan! Woah the movie was just so damn amazing, I was so mindblown lol. Though I watched the movie on the second day of class chalet with like around 10-20 minutes of sleep, I was so intrigued by the brilliant escape plans by the lead (or scriptwriter or whatever). I mean, who would ever think about the wax or whatever in a milk packaging ohgosh. Despite all that, well, the movie didn't make me as excited as CATCHING FIRE WOOHOO. maybe cause I'm bias like that sorry :(
Finally.... CATCHING FIRE. Oh gosh I'm so glad I caught this movie today!!! Went to Nooks at bb with a pretty expensive cab fare of $8.70 (LOL), ate DIY pancakes buffet! I pretty much liked the ambiance in there, idk why hehe. Pancakes were nice, especially the red velvet, strawberry and dark chocolate flavours imo. Free flow of the pancake whatever-you-call-it and toppings for $10 per student, and each of us are entitled to half-filled bottles of 2 flavours of your choice woohoo. Though it was nice, thinking back, I don't really think it was worth the $10 LOL cause I don't really have a huge appetite so I was full after like say.. around 10 pancakes? - and that was my lunch gosh fatsfatsfats. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant experience with cao and con! :)
And so, we headed back to west mall for catching fire woohoo. Bought the tickets like 10 minutes(?) before the movie so our seats were pretty much sucky since its like pretty close to the screen and I had developed a slight headache after watching it so close in front of me for like 146 minutes. BUT THE MOVIE WAS SO AWESOME OMG!!!!! lublublub

Really liked how the movie was so loyal to the book itself. Catching Fire is actually my favourite book among the 3 and I'm sooo happy it turned out to be kinda like what I imagined to be when I was reading it! /SQUEALS/ Can I just mention how cute Finnick is? sobs I loved his relationship with Mags and I teared when Mags walked into the mist/fog as a sacrifice to keep Peeta alive :'( She's such a lovely lady, and she was so kind to Katniss (I love her motherly smile sobs).
The arena was actually magnificent ohmygosh. I couldn't really picture the squarish thingys that were supposed to represent the forcefields as said by Wiress and Beetee, so when I watched the movie I was like oooooooh so it was supposed to look like that? LOL I love this duo, they are such geniuses!! It's a pity Wiress died cause I think she's really amazing to realise that the arena is a clock so quickly ohgosh. Her "Tick Tock"s hahahaha! I also find it so cute how Beetee is able to interpret her words in the book, but sadly it wasn't really shown in the movie :( ahwell.
Johanna is just so.. interesting. Her attitude makes me go like WTF and OMG lol! The stripping in the elevator scene was pretty hilarious LOL, I just can't stop laughing at Katniss' facial expression, like the
wtf-is-she-doing-omg face! Peeta's awkward face and Haymitch's amazed face was so funny too LOL and the most hilarious thing is that Johanna actually walks out of the elevator like she doesn't give a damn, saying something along the lines of "Hope to do this again" pmsl. She even cursed on the show hahahaha, I seriously didn't see that coming!
I really loved the scene where Peeta comforts the morphling tribute when she (or was it a he? sorry I couldn't really tell & I forgot) was dying - it was just like what was written in the book :') kudos to the director for being able to produce such an amazing film that has a balance between what's on the book and the new inputs. New inputs? - President Snow's granddaughter, Gale getting whipped due to his attack on the Head Peacekeeper instead of getting caught for having turkey, 75th Hunger Games being an intended and planned attempt to get rid of Katniss, Rue's painting on the ground uncleaned instead of being covered by a mat, etc. I wished the first movie showed Madge giving Katniss the mockingjay pin instead of her obtaining it at the Hob though, cause I would really love to see which actress would be portraying her haha. The lack of Madge led to the absence of a Mayor in District 12 in the movies too. :'( One particular detail I wish was included would be the part where Peeta and Katniss were reviewing the past games, particularly Haymitch's year. Oh gosh I would love to see Haymitch's game in the movies sighsighsigh.
Though there were scenes in the book not included in the film, I still love this movie to bits gosh! Peeta and Katniss are just so cute hahaha! Their kisses and protectiveness for each other makes me melt (ok nt really I'm exaggerating haha) ;; Oh not to mention the lovely 'gold team' member: EFFIE! She's just too adorable, and I couldn't help but get tearful when she teared while picking Katniss' name as tribute. ahh the lovely bond between all of them :') I love Cinna too, and I just couldn't get over the fact that such an amazing man is actually gone :'( He was so amazing, his costumes and everything sigh.
Enough with my spazzing I guess. oops this post is soooo long. Though I spazzed like idk how many rounds with Zheyi already, I am still soooo happy to watch this movie ;;

8th December has officially became my favourite day EVER.
It's like a dream come true that I'm able to actually SEE my dearest 5 shining stars of my life right in front of my eyes, sometimes even less than 1m away T____T
Ytd night was really daebak, though the concert lasted for a little bit more than 3hours, it felt like minutes. :'(
So gonna go for their concert next year. their perfection ..... :DDDDDD
Headed to meet trev for her to pass me her tix and jjong banner cause she couldn't go last min :( then headed to meet cao at Stadium MRT EGGCITEEEDDDD.
She reached at like 110pm LOL im earlier!! i reached at 1240 (Y).
Changed to SHINee World tee, its so damn comfy i love it so much :D.
Queued at Moshpit B queue (you don't say), bought sushis and drink from cold storage, and stoned for hours at the queue haha.
AND GUESS WHAT. me and cao were so damn lucky cause apparently we didn't even need to queue for merchandise LOL bt we only bought lightsticks ohwell. :B
Organisers had all moshpit people start entering the venue at approx. 5pm! the bag check was totally -_- cause they just poke around and in like 2s its over LOL
Managed to get pretty close to the stage, and we were somewhere at the pink spot.
not bad sia i thought we were pretty behind in the queue but the view was great and all, and we were actually the third row from the barricades :O but through the concert my position kept moving LOL to get a clearer view by finding spots where there are shorter people and not giants blocking my vision -_____-
since there was more than half an hour to go till concert starts, me and cao decided to camwhore but turned out... ghostly. -__-
and sudd... its 5.50pm. *screammmmmms* 10 MIN TO THE CONCERT ! :).
stood up and got fan pack + lightstick + phone cam ready, :D me and all the people arnd me were like IS IT STARTING IS IT STARTING LOL. everytime the bg music is changing to next song, in b/w the pause, i would be like OFF THE DAMN LIGHT AND START D: there were 2 to 3 false alarms LOL cause someone in mosh would sudd scream and bam everyone starts screaming LOL and the security/staff near the backstage kept walking out and we thought it was the boys :(
and finally...... the lights went off. :D
everyone started screaming hahahahha!
the screen started playing VCR, and Minho appeared on screen first from what i rmb, w a little girl:) then intro of the members, and tada the concert started ;) a spaceship(?) i would call it, was slowly released onto the stage, and the doors slowly opened... revealing the 5 shining stars. <3 they were in white outfits and walking to the extended area, which is... NEAR WHERE I AM *screammmmsss* :D

can i just say they were beyond awesome and perfection ? :D the fanchant was really good! i was shouting w many other shawols hehe and i was so damn high , not feeling zibi at all highing by myself w ppl idk (me and cao got separated :/). the rotating stage is awesome i love it LOL cause everytime one of the member is facing us, we would be screaming our heads off, waving our lightsticks xD. BUT I DIDNT MANAGE TO CAPTURE MANY KEY MOMENTS DAMN :( i was so damn absorbed into the performance, amazed how perfect they look even in real life. its just like seeing them in all those vids and shows i watched just that this time.. they are right before my eyes, the 5 of them themselves ;_; key is totally flawless i swear! they were so hot throughout the whole performance! when lucifer ended, THEY STRIPPED OFF THEIR WHITE OUTFIT OMGOMGOMG i was spazzing to myself like crazy omg serioussssssslyyyyy <3. then they performed amigo and juliette w/ the grey outfits (eg taemin's with this big part of his abs exposed. xD)! again, the fanchant was pretty good :D
after amigo and juliette they performed shinee world!! :) really loved this song, but i wished they performed romantic/graze too :'( shall not go into details, let the pics show you perfection :D (idk why there isn't any minho pics x.x
hehe, then the boys introduced themselves :D
there were quite alot of jongkey moments ytd night and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT CAUSE I SHIP JONGKEY HAHAHAH <3 :D LOL jjong said "its so hot tonight" or smth JJONG AND HIS ENG HAHAH <3 and so many other cute moments such as jjong mouthing what the translator was saying xD
then they showed this VCR :O pretty cool but i didnt really get it haha and the boys appeared to perform Always Love !! :D HAHA THIS PERF WAS SO DAMNNNN ADORABLE I SWEAR!! taemin was clinging onto the stand or smth and acting scared, and they kept laughing during the perf xD once jjong's voice was kinda shaky due to laughing LOL!
next they performed hello and replay!! haha hello fanchant was good but replay one was kinda messy :p everyone messed up "replay replay replay" w "breakup makeup shakeup" xDD the boys are as awesome but they transformed from their dorky selves to cute during hello and replay >3< so cute. :D but they were at the main stage so didnt really get much clear view or anything :3 BUT HEY look on the bright side :D key is on stage left aka.. MY SIDE YAY so he was like IN FRONT . right in front :D
then minho's solo started! rocked the stage :D AND HE FLASHED HIS ABS NEAR THE END OMG NOSEBLEEDS!! *.* and i think he missed the right timing for dance once LOL cause he was abit later than the backup dancers doing the turn and the scorpion move or smth xD
then onew appeared sitting on a chair w two other people (idk who), and he sang "I won't give up" with his super sweet and soothing voice, w a nerdy look that makes him look damn cute HAHA. the music stopped sudd then it changed to a kor song, not sure what it is xD. near the end of his solo he started crazy dancing at the front of extended stage LOL QTPIE. :3
next was taemin's sexy solo: ROCKERRRR YO XD. his song had some vulgarities.......... LOL its so awkward seeing taemin perform that cause he's like a cute baby cursing "stfu" LOL but they censored the f*** so yeah. hes still as cute. :D there was a pause in his performance and he shouted "ARE U READY???" or smth *SPAZZZZ*
next was my bias' stage: YES IT'S KEY! :D he appeared all so sexy w his blingbling gun, pointing to his head everytime he sings the word "hair" LOL but he's sucha diva w everything blingbling and him himself being so blingbling . HAHA ok i sound crazy. :x but his english is SO DAMN SEXY. ok everything he does is sexy. *.*
didnt manage to take any pics during his judas performance nor during jongtae's internet war due to the tight security :( they kept patrolling around during this period of time, i couldn't even take any pics although JONGTAE WERE RIGHT INFRONT OF ME DAMMIT JJONG'S ABS ARE SO DAMN HOT HIS BODY IS SO DESIRABLE. LOLOL ! :x and at the end, jjong would usually handcuff taemin to him.. but he failed ytd xD when lights went off taemin was like O_O to jjong LOL cutie jongtae
after all the solos, they performed seesaw! CRAZY SEESAWWWWW XD no pics again cause ... security :'( but i was pretty lucky didnt get caught for past few times, cause people nearby me kept getting caught >< i was like PHEW LOL ! and... then....
SHERLOCK! AT EXTENDED STAGE. INFRONT OF ME. YAY <3 !!!!! they are so damn hot i swear. and during the parts when taemin sing and 4 of them goes to the sides, WE WERE SQUEALING LIKE CRAZY AND WAVING HAHAH XD . AND THE FANCHANT WAS SO DAMN LOUD ! leetaemin, leejinki, kimjonghyun, kimkibum, choiminho, sherlock, bitnaneun shinee! <3
they performed love like oxygen too! hehehe there was a dance break after sherlock before llo, and onew was standing nearest to my area, and he was absolutely cool. taemin is still as awesome, as well as the rest :* then they performed w/o chairs too LOL and then.... KICK WATER TIME (Y) hehe. then 2min moment during minho's rap, and then they ended llo, w taemin doing this cute move like he's praying or smth xDDD.
then the lights went off for awhile i think, not sure if there's any vid shown, but if i didnt rmb wrongly the 5 boys appeared on the stairs on main stage, from left to right onew, jjong, taemin, minho, key. xD their voices are so heavenly during The Reason! and they looked like angels in white suits (i hope i didnt remember wrongly.)
after The Reason, they performed Amazing Grace :) they look so pure and angelic in white robes, love it when they sing ballads :* it started w a random person in brown robes walking from my area side of the extended stage, to the other side of the extended stage, before the lights came on and came the shining SHINee on this... boat i would say? XD

when lights were dimming off, key turned around himself at the wrong timing xD then he was so confused when he saw the others standing there, so he turned back xD then when the lights went off, onew slapped key's butt HAHA AND WE SCREAMED XD how cute can they get??!?
after that is jjong's solo again, Y Si Fuera Ella. His voice is godly, omg and then i got a shock when his shirt got red (supposedly to be blood) LOL but his acting is so good cause at the end he acted like he was seriously injured and needed someone to help him up and down the stage haha but I WOULD LOVE TO SEE HIM ACT IN DRAMAS OMG .
the screens started showing this VCR of SHINee, introducing to Tie a Yellow Ribbon! haha Minho acted as the prisoner, Onew as the angel watching tv, Key as the policeman, JongTae as random crazy dudes dancing xDD. the vid was so epic LOL cause Onew was lying down watching tv, and every channel was KEY DOING AEGYO. YES AEGYO HAHAH CUTIE!! then it was a story about Minho being prisoner and separated from his girlf i think, and he became a role model prisoner LOL and when he was released from prison, JONGTAE DANCED LIKE DORKS WITH FLOWERS ROUND THEIR NECKS LOL and then ... minho got off the bus... TO SEE TAEMIN HAHAHA TAEMIN IS HIS GIRLF. XD. and onew started throwing minho bills down from the sky and everyone was picking it up , even onew himself LOL EPIC. then the 5 boys appeared on stage w bags, throwing their bills out to fans. i only got onew's, SAW SOME PEOPLE W A STACK OF EVERYONE'S UGHHH :( onew threw most of his at our spot, so most people from my spot got his money :D and a fail moment for our dubu leader: he tried throwing the money to those in terrace seats but the money flew back at him . LOLOL omg and he did something damnnnn cute CAUSE HE HELD THE MIC UPSIDE DOWN AND SANG INTO IT. LOL and then when he found out what he did he was like XDDDDDD KYA
haha then when they all walked to the center of extended stage, key was pretending to be playing the instument for the song LOL WITH HIS MIKE. YES. CUTE HAHAHA ohmy T___________T
the boys went off stage again, and they returned in new outfits and performed A-YO!! :D love the outfits hehe esp Key's ;) they were so damn high and cute haha haha and they had a race XD XD not all 5 of them ran though, aft rewatching the perf, as expected, key is strolling behind them LOL lazy yeobo. :D AND EACH OF THEM WERE HOLDING ONE LIGHTSTICK ... and guess what. THEY THREW IT TO THE MOSHPIT AT THE END OF A-YO ASDAFDFAGGHDJAS it went somewhere behind me, to the right DAMMIT. :(((((( AND THE ONE THROWN TO PEN B WAS BY KEY WHATTTTT @$*&@^^@%*&@($ BOOHOOOO T_____T lucky shawol who managed to get the lightstick then :'(

then,, they changed clothes again O_O AND THEY PERFORMED STRANGER YAY i like this song so much (ok i love all the songs actually LOL i mean hello which shinee song isn't nice? all of them are so damn awesome! ^^) and since the beginning all shawols chanted the lalalalalalas and SHINEE tgt so well :D me like me like <3 and they were back to being all so hot and sexy ;) not as dorky as during a-yo xD
haha then it was Ready or Not! THEY SPINNED DURING THE SONG AS USUAL LOL and they were back to being dorky. cute guys xD dont remember much stuff.... so next . :D RDD!! i still rmb i became a shawol during their Y.O.U. album, haha come to think of it, i heard of them before during Juliette days on arirangtv's Pops in Seoul, but wasnt so crazy over them yet. xD DIDNT REGRET A SINGLE BIT LOVINGTHEM. YAY <3 . key came near my area during RDD , but backfaced us :( nvm. sexy butt. LOLOL XD taemin came facing us aft tht though :')

Here comes the emotional part :x
Screen started playing vid, asking shawols if we rmb when we first met SHINee :') then it started showing footages of shinee from 4 yrs ago! and also thoughts said by all 5 of them. :x i teared a little cause it is just so damn touching u cant just not cry :( even all 5 of them looked so sad. and when the song started i think Minho cried a little ;o not sure about the rest. was singing along to the song, though sang wrongly at some parts i bet i annoyed the hell out of people around me LOL cause i was so damn noisy shouting and singing :$ AND FANSUPPORT WAS SO SUCCESSFUL ! :D looked at the seated areas and saw so many banners held up, mosh had quite a few too!hope it touched the 5 shining boys' hearts. :) many thanks to those who packed them for their effort :) ! The Name I Loved is such a touching song, i think many people cried ytd :o ... esp w vid also x.x touching + touching = emotional :/

the white confetti came flying everywhere getting stuck on people hair and stuff LOL one even auto flew into my hand where i was holding my phone O_O one flew into my shoe which i only found out when walking out of SIS. LOL .
then the 5 boys talked for abit, telling us the concert was coming to an end, then everyone were like HUHHHH .. :( . stage was empty for some time, all of us chanted SHINee xfew times, encore, bt it was kind of.. idk leh how should i say.. we would chant awhile, then pause, then chant again, then pause O_O. and then finally... they reappeared, with Stand By Me :) as usual, Key is the diva with pink pants, dubu in green, jjong in red, tae in yellow and minho in blue :) spotted some jongkey moments haha. and near the middle of the song, jjong picked up a book and started reading it LOL wtf XD oh and aft watching
this fancam, jjong was startled by a flying pooh bear. LOL xD and if i didnt rmb wrongly onew got hit on the head by a soft toy and he was stunned XD CUTIEEEEE !!!
during bodyguard, they were all so smiley xD and the attack of soft toys continued on LOLOL and the boys started throwing those colourful balls! Key's sucha sweetie, kissing every ball before he threw it. ONCE AGAIN THE BALL HE THREW LANDED SOMEWHRE NEAR ME. BUT ... so near yet so far. on my right again. ugh. :( . taemin was kicking the balls to all of us, but still i didnt catch anything either. LOL haha minho picked up a softtoy that looks like Roo and threw it to jjong :D AND JJONG STUFFED IT IN HIS SHIRT o_o . but aft that he took it out and placed it on his shoulder. LOL
they started talking and jjong was wearing this weird specs... xD
and minho was like "Who are you?" and jjong said "im frankey." xD and dubu managed to find a snake toy and put it around his neck...... and taemin kissed it :D AWW. taeminnie was so quiet idk why :'( if only he talked more.
the translator mistranslated saying that it's the last concert for shinee in sg and we were like HUH WHATTTTTTT. bt key corrected her saying its their last concert for the year and its in sg :D OH RELIEFFF . SWC3 IM SO GOING.
dubu said a sweet sentence "Everyone, thank you so much for being in my life." aww. :) then all the other members were like OHHHHH WOW. xD then taeminnie said "yeoreobun, saranghaeyo" AWW <3 then jjong goes all mushy saying, "even if the world ends tmr, i would still be performing in front of all of u." "and also i would plant an apple tree." xD minho started saying... "cheoneun.." then dubu teased him by saying "minho-imnida" LOL but minho completed his sentence saying.. "i'm yours." AHHAHA AND JJONG WAS ACTING LIKE HE WAS SO PS. XD. AND...... its finally key's turn :D he was stoning there not knowing what to say, and jjong went to pinch his nose KYAA XD then jjong sudd went to whisper into key's ears and key suddenly smiled, probably due to shyness :B then he sudd pressed his toy and said "in my eyes, i only see all of you" LOL ASFDGFGHAJHGAJSDK

then it was the last song alrd, Life :'( . i once spammed listen life when lucifer album first came out, cause i thought it was so touching.. and there they were , in front of me, singing it life. my gosh ;_;
THEN... it was the end. :( but then, when they asked the backup dancers to join them... they came out w 3 cakes! :D jjong cued everyone to sing bday song in kor, and then again, fansupport was successful :) ONEW SAID "SUPER DUPER MEGA THANK YOU" XD KYAAAAA ONEW.

not sure who said it, but someone said that since its their last concert for this yr, they should take a photo tgt (w/ the dancers etc :D ) , and thats when jjong got rdy to smash onew ;))) ONEW DID A DAMN CUTE "YAH HAH" BEFORE THE PICTURE TOO OMGOMGOMGOMG AHHHHH ! in the end, onho were smashed by the cakes xD and taekey remained clean, while minho was seeking for a chance to get back at jjong :p . aft that , our 5 angels went to every corner of the stage to bow to us :') 3h+ passed just like that *sigh* then they said their farewell.. and minho did a last heart shape to all of us before exiting the stage. :') and key waved to my area . yes :DDDDD all 5 boys looked at our area too! AND TAEMIN GAVE AN INTENSE STARE TO OUR AREA I WAS LIKE SQUEALING IN MY HEART HAHAH . and throughout the whole concert, key always mouthed along to others' parts :p
